What is the process to sue over small claims?
I entered into a verbal contract with a local franchised mechanic. He promised the car would be fixed for $1200, and after multiple attempts of repair and around $3500 in charges plus loss of wages and other fees, the car is overheating and will not run properly. I also have legitimate documented evidence the company is involved in Ttax fraud and verbal admittance with witness present. I am going to have it Diagnosed by a reputable auto body shop for a rundown of the illegitimate charges. What is the processes to enter into a suit against the shop? How do I proceed?

You sue someone in small claims court by filing a summons and complaint against them. You should be able to get sample forms and instructions from your local court, either online (e.g. from the court's website) or in person. It is filing the summons and complaint that starts the suit.
