I am a green card holder. Now I am in Russia. I would like to bring my wife to the US. Currently she is in Russia. We got married a couple of weeks ago on Cyprus. I have to get to the US in 3 momhs I would like to bring my wife to the US ASAP. What type of visa should she apply for – student or visa of a wife? How long may it take to receive a visa for a wife and which visa will be easier to receive?

There are no easy options. She must wait outside the country for immigration visa. Or, you can wait a number of years to get your citizenship and bring her here. The other way is to find her a job so that an employer can sponsor a working visa such as H1. Such a visa does allow immigration intent.
