What is the easiest and least expensive way to fine an uncomplicated Will?

I need to do a personal Will. I don’t have a lot of assets, roughly $400k. I need a Will but I don’t want to spend a lot of money on it.

You have several options here. Obviously, you can have an an attorney in your area draft one for you. If, however, you don't want to pay for that, then you can go on-line and download a form from a reputable company. If you carefully follow the directions, you should be fine. Finally, there is a third option. You could execute an on-line form but then pay and attorney for an hour or so of their time to review it. This alternative would be cheaper than having an attoreny do it all for you and yet it would give you the peace of mind of knowing that your estate will be distrubuted according to your wishes.
