It is very difficult to give you an exact amount of even a range.  Many attorneys charge a flat rate for a case such as this and a lot charge hourly. It would be in your best interests to interview a few and let them know the details of the case and discuss about how long or how many appearances that it will take to get the matter to where you are comfortable.  ALso, ask around.  References are the best way of finding a competent attorney.  Good luck.
