Although you do not list what state you are from, I can safely guess that there is no restriction on re-marrying anywhere in the United States after you are legally divorced. There may, however, be ramifications on alimony, etc., that you both agreed to or that was ordered in the divorce settlement that are triggered by her remarriage. For that you need to check your agreement and/or order and check with your divorce lawyer.
