what is my outcome more than likley be for my new charge?

After jan 1,09 I recieved a possession charge for meth. I was put on post prision supervision for a year. Then the begining of may 2009 I recieved a possession charge again and it was a pipe and maybe 5 cents in a baggie. Am I looking at prison time because of the new law or can you explain exactly what the new law states.

You need to sit down with YOUR counsel (public defender or private criminal defense counsel) to go over any new changes in laws, your priors, your current situation and the possibilities.  It seems to me that you put yourself in not such a good situation.

If you need to consult with a private criminal defense attorney in Oregon, try www.attorneypages.com.
