What is a reasonable compensation for neck and back injuries?
I am a 46 year old single mom of a 5 year old son who has cerebral palsy. He is a total needs child. I am his primary caregiver and was recently in a car accident and received neck and back injuries. I wasn’t able to care for my child as usual because of my injuries. What would be a reasonable compensation for my pain and suffering?

Depends on many factors, including diagnoses, prognoses, amount of medical bills, length of treatment, amount of damage to your car, how accident occurred and of course how the accident has impacted your life as you point out in caring for your son.
