Wisconsin has a website that has a self-help section for divorce and legal separation. It is www.wicourts.gov It is intended as a guide to the filling out and filing of forms, and also lets you know if you need a lawyer. However, if you have a legally valid and binding separation agreement in Virginia you do not necessarily need to do another in Wisconsin. I am leery of any online agreements especially if there are children or assets involved. You may want to see an attorney when you get back as to this matter. Be safe.
