What can I expect in court with a charge of giving false data to a police officer?
I was pulled over and asked my name. I knew my license was suspended so I lied about my name. He found out I was lying so I told the true right after. What can I expect?

Generally speaking it is never a good idea to lie to the police about anything. Giving false information is a crime in and of itself. What happened after you fessed up? Did he let you go? Did he give you a ticket or an appearance ticket (sometimes called a desk appearance ticket) to go to court? What was it for? I would speak with an attorney in your area as to this matter. You need to iron out the issues. There are two here: lying and driving with a suspended license. Neither one is great and both may get you a fine or worse. And expect your license to remain suspended even longer. Good luck.
