If the sale has not closed yet, you could potentially terminate the contract and refuse to buy based on their breach of contract.
If it has closed (or if you are willing to go ahead with the purchase despite the non-repair), you could sue them for breach of contract to recover monetary compensation, such as the cost to make the repairs yourself.
