What can I do about myex using my medical insurance afterour divorce?

She knew she wasn’t supposed to but did anyway. Now my insurance is billing me for claims that she incurred before I received the divorce paperwork which was 30 days after the court date.

If your "ex" used your medical insurance after your divorce where he or she was not allowed to and you are now receiving bills for the claims, you need to contact your "ex" about the situation to see what he or she will do about paying the bills.

If he or she is willing to pay you the check for the bills directly, you can then forward the payment to the insurance company. If he or she refuses, then your recourse is a small claims action to get reimbursed after you pay the medical bills directly against your "ex".
