what are the steps if any to exponge my criminal record?

I have one felony, convicted in 2003 completed probation term in 2007. I have two laeceny charges, misdemeanors but came out on a background check while applying for a job as misdemeanors and/or felonies.

You cannot get your criminal record expunged.  You have more than one criminal conviction (1 felony and 2 misdemeanors).  Under Michigan law that makes you ineligible for expungement.
