what are the rules to claims?

so when i hurt my back i was told to go to thier chiropractor when i was told his schedule i immediatly told them that due to my second job i would in no way be able to make those appointments. the receptionist said i had no choice made my appointments and told me to call and reschedule then. when? i said to another time i cant make she said that was something i had to work out with him. what does that do to my claim?

It doesn't sound right either.  Interesting.  You need to contact a workers' comp/labor law plaintiff's attorney.  Try www.attorneypages.comand check his or her disciplinary record at www.calbar.ca.gov under attorney search.
