What are the laws pertaining to this type of nepotism?

I’ve worked for a small company for just over eight years now. I have just received my FINAL warning about being on the internet, using cell phone and talking about stuff to the warehouse guy that is not work related (it gets slow in the warehouse). This is stuff the daughters do all day blatantly in front of the other employees. I have never received a write up or suspension.

This is a case of he who has the gold, makes the rules.  Unless you have a written contract, your boss, a/k/a Daddy, doesn't need a reason to fire you, as long as he isn't acting from some illegal reason like racial discrimination, or in retaliation for something like a workers compensation claim. It's called employment "at will."  And he doesn't have to make his daughters follow the same rules as he puts on you.

And you don't need a reason, under the law, to leave, especially if you find a better job.
