If you are under a child support order based upon a foreign child support order, unless there has been a transfer of jurisdiction of the foreign child support order to a court of competent jurisdiction in a county and state of the United States, United States laws have no bearing on such a child support order.
Meaning, you would be obligated under the foreign child support order based out of a court in another country.
