What are my rights if I only work part-time and watch the children while my husband works?
He pulled all the money out of our bank account and put it in an account with only his name on it and is rationing money to me as if I were a child. If we split custody and they lived with him, would I still pay child support to him even though he makes more money?

Under the laws of all states in this country the money that you and your husband earn as well as the assets and liabilities that you have are part of the marital community that you have some entitlement to.
If you and your husband separate where he has primary custody of the children, most likely you would not have to pay child support assuming your and his net monthly disposable incomes are as disproportionate as you imply. I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney to counsel you with respect to the matter you have written about.
