In Ohio, a fourth degree misdemeanor will go on your record.
The maximum penalty for criminal trespass fourth degree misdemeanor is up to thirty days in jail and a $250 fine.
It should be emphasized that this is the maximum penalty which means the judge could give you a lesser sentence and a lower fine. Since this is your first offense and you have no prior criminal record, there is a strong possibility that you might just get a fine and no jail time.
