I am 16 years old. I need to know what the legal age that I can drop out of school without a parent’s consent is.

In WV you can drop out school without parents' consent when you reach 17. Before doing that, however, you should let them know. You should consider that dropping out of high school is probably the biggest mistake you will ever make in your life.
