If we signed an agreement with a landlord and then extendedit, ifthe extension was signed by a different landlord is it valid?
Is extension valid if the second landlord’s name was never on the first agreement? How can an agreement be extended if there was never an agreement with the second landlord in the first place?

The extension agreement is valid. It is possible that the second landlord may be an agent of the first landlord or possibly a property management company. It is also possible that the first landlord assigned his or her interest in the rental to the second landlord. An assignment is a complete transfer of interest.
