I suggest that you immediately consult with a real estate attorney about your matter where a complaint for specific performance or in the alternative, damages would be sought against the seller. Likewise, you would need to record a lis pendens on the property with the county recorder's office as to your lawsuit to keep it from being sold out from under you.
