Washington, DC DUI Convictions:

First Offense: 

Jail:  Up to 90 days.

Fine:  Range from $300 to $1,000.

License Revocation:  6 months.

 

Second Offense: 

Jail:  Up to 1 year.

License Revocation:  1 year.
