was i fired legally?
I was fired for insubordination. what really happened was I called a manager that
works at a different location a Bitch, who was not present at the time. when this
happened I was Punched out and done for the day. it happened on friday the 1st of
july, but i was fired today, the 6th. I did not sign the paper they gave me to
confirm me being fired as of yet, but I just want to know was it legal, and if
they were right for that?

Most employment is "at will", which means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit. This includes who, when and why to dismiss an employee. In fact, an employee can be fired for the reason that you gave or for any reason or for no reason at all, with or without notice. Your only claim here is if you have protection under the terms of a union agreement or employment contract. Also, your treatment must not have constituted some form of legally actionable discrimination (which it does not appear to).
