I would like to know if I have the right

to be fired.

Actually you probably don't. That is unless the terms of an employment contract or union agreement provides otherwise. The fact is that most work arrangements is "at will" which means that a company can set the conditions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Bottom line, you could have been fired for or any reason or no reason at all, so viewing the video basically makes no difference.
