me my mum is British married to a us
citerzen i am her daughter also
married over the age of 21 and would
like to migrate to the states with my
family would it be the I-130 form and
would they both be countable for
sponsorship for me thanks.

So your mother can petition for you and your family if she is already a US citizen. As a green card holder, your mother can only petition unmarried children. If her husband became her husband prior to YOU turning 18, then he, your step father, can also petition for you and your family.
