What is the validity of a speeding ticket if it contains errors?

My name spelled wrong, it lists the wrong eye color and weight, I was verbally told a different fine amount, the officer did not write his name, and he crossed out the signature box.

None of those factors invalidate the ticket, since they are harmless errors: i.e. they don't detract from the essential issue, which is that you were speeding. A court has the authority to revise a ticket to amend (or correct) harmless errors.
