I’ve been with Origins for a little over 5
years now. I’m full time and scheduled

minute lunch. Now they are changing
this to where I have to take a full
unpaid hour lunch. Can they do this?

As long as the minimum lunch perios as required by state lawis being given, your employer is free to set your lunch schedule as it deems appropriate. The fact is that most employment is "at will". This means that, absent some form of legally actionable discrimination, a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. That is so long as the terms of any exisiting union agreement or employment contract is being met.
