We have an uncontested divorce in place but, prior to that, we set up an agreement that was
signed by both of us and notarized. There were many parts to the agreement that included cars and insurances and that she was to sign over her half of the house to me. Is this agreement still legal binding or is it separate?

I would STRONGLY suggest that you take all this paperwork to an attorney to review asap. Did you do a Stipulation of Settlement as well as part of the uncontested divorce? Does it address the same issues? These are contracts and if they are conflicting there could very well be a problem. Get help. Good luck.
