Hey i been on probation for over 2 years (25 months) i was senteced to 3 years probation i been on a kios hand scan for about a year alread and dont even see no one. i have someone who is a emergency p.o and when i ask her what do i do she direct me to my lawyer. he is a legal aide i spoke to him for about 2 months leving him messages and going to see him and he is always busy i spoke to his supervisor he was even worse. i been working the whole time i been on probation and paid all my fines and the crime was a midomeaner and was sented Youth offender. howw do i speak to the judge? please

You can't simply talk to a judge about this. To have your sentence reduced -- which is what you're asking for -- you'd have to file a motion in writing, with a copy going to the prosecutor's office at the very least, and whatever else the New York court rules require. There's a very short list of reasons that will be considered good enough to reduce a sentence, and it's not likely you can do this on your own.
