Transfering house deed to me.

My husband left and not to be found. I filed and got a divorce, by missing spouse. The court granted me the house in the divorce. I have been paying on the house every since he left. Can you advise me how do I get the title in my name? Right now it has him as the main and me as joint?

If the decree awards the house to you the final decree, then you can file the decree with the county clerk as come proof of ownership.  Some lenders will accept this as transfer of ownership, especially if you have "minument of title" language in your decree.  If you do not have this language, then you may want to hire an attorney just to do some drafting....they would draft a motion to enforce or clarify to add this language to the decree so that it would be effective to transfer title.
The quickest/easiest way however, is to try to reach out to relatives to find your ex-husband and see if he will simply sign a special warranty deed to transfer title to you.  This is literally a three page (tops) document where he concedes the decree awarded you the house.
