Do I now have any recourse if about 6 years ago I was attacked and punched in the head multiple times and have suffered with severe headaches ever since?
My attacker clinched a section of dog bone in his fist (a sharp bone sticking out both sides). I didn’t call the cops cause I had been drinking. I was bleeding pretty bad and should have gotten stitches but just let it go. Ever sense then, I get horrible headaches and that region of my brain throbs in pain. I know this is way in the past and I was 18 at the time. Is their any possibility of getting compensated for the pain I continue to suffer?

Unfortunately, it is probably too late to seek compensation. In your state, the statute of limitations, or time to bring a legal action, for personal injuries is only three (3) years; once that time period has passed, you can no longer bring a lawsuit. Once you can no longer bring a lawsuit, you have no mechanism to make your attacker pay.
