If you have a situation where a background check of you shows convictions for three crimes where you were not convicted of any crime, you need to consult with a criminal defense attorney about the situation to see if facts and the law warrant the filing of a motion to rectify the convictions and the record so as to not reference you as the person who was convicted of such offenses.
The motion will have to be filed in the county and state where each of the alleged convictions against you occurred.
