If there is no parking in my complex on nightsthat Iwork, is it the property manager’s duty to provide it?
I am a nurse that works late hours. When I get off work and go home there is no parking in the whole complex. I have to go sleep at my parents’. The manager said it’s not their problem. So basically I pay rent somewhere that I cannot sleep at. What can i do?

You need to carefully read your written lease to see if there is any mention that the unit comes with an assigned parking space. If it does, then you need to claim it.
If the unit has no assigned parking space and you are unable to get a spot when you return home to park your vehicle nearby, unfortunately there is not much you can do unless you can reach some agreement with the landlord to get an assigned spot. Good luck.
