What are my rights if the college I am attending released information regarding an MIC I received to my parents?
I am 18, did not sign the release form at the beginning of the year and cannot find anything in any of their policies that says they can do this. Is it legal?

If what the college that you attend released information about you being arrested or even convicted of a crime with respect to alcohol and the information is true, then you have no legal recourse against the college. Truth is an absolute defense to a claim for defamation. Likewise, if you were convicted of a criminal offense, your conviction is a matter of public record.
