It is very difficult to answer your question since you offer few details about the accident.  I cannot tell how many vehicles were involved, who was at fault, if anyone was injured, what was damaged, etc.  If a vehicle caused damage to another vehicle or to other property, the at-fault driver is responsible and will have to pay for those damages or his insurance company will pay. Without having more specific information, I cannot tell you what the outcome will be.
