You don't have to volunteer the information: you only have to volunteer information about issues or problems or damage with/to the physical property itself, not what people have done in the property.
If asked directly, you cannot lie, however: lying about something which is important to the buyer is fraud, and fraud could let them undo the sale or sue you for monetary compensation. So if the buyer asks if there were any deaths in the house, you have to respond truthfully and accurately. But again, you don't need to volunteer the information.
