Can you still commit adultery even if you both are in agreement that you are already seperated?

Adultery is defined as sexual intercourse with a person other than your spouse.  Many times people voluntarily separate and live their own lives.  It is, however, better if you and your spouse enter in to a separation agreement becuase adultery can have an effect on other issues in a divorce like child custody, etc.  Good luck.
