What to do if I’m 18 years old and came here with my mother when I was 3 with a tourist visa but have never left the US?
My father was already in the U.S. my parents and siblings moved to Colombia 2 years ago. My father has since past away. I am here by myself now and I want to go to school and work but I am not legal. Is there anything that I can do to become legal besides the deffered action childhood arrivals?
