My daughter was in a car accident
crossing the expressway and was
hit by a car now the insurance
company of the driver would like
my daughter to make a statement
and I need to know what I should
do and want to hurt me as far as

It is standard operating procedure for the other driver's insurance carrier to take your daughter's recorded statement as to what occurred in the accident.  As long as she is only talking about property damage issues and not personal injury, it is OK for her to provide a recorded statement.
