Should I give my wife’s divorce lawyer my pay stubs and taxes?

And should I sit down with him without my attorney? We want it civil for the kids.

Absolutely. You will be required to disclose all of your assets and debts as well as your income before your case can be resolved. Divorces require full disclosure on both sides. If you attempt to refuse the disclosure, it will look like you are hiding something and they will dig even deeper.

If you have an attorney, you cannot meet with the other attorney without your attorney being present nor would I recommend it. Your attorney is there to protect you.
