The "age of consent" is the age at which a person may consent to sexual contact with anyperson not in a position of authority; the age of consent in FL is 18. However, if a person is less than 24 years old, they may enter into consensual sexual contact with a person who is at least 16 years old. So, in your case, there really isn't much that can happen to you legally.
