quit claim deed
My sister and her husband divorced a few years ago and have since remarried. When they divorced she signed a quit claim deed giving up all rights to their property. Now they want to reverse that, is their a form we can download to do that or should we just do another quit claim deed.

You cannot "reverse" a quitclaim deed, but as you indicate as an alternative, the property can simply be quitclaimed back. They should do a new quitclaim deed, returning to her whatever rights (e.g. half the rights, so they are both owners) they want.
