If I would like to quick deed my portion of the house to my husband, will I need his consent to do this or is it possible to do this without him?

My maiden name is on the deed but I am not on the loan.

No, it is not possible to quitclaim (it's "quit," not "quick," by the way) property to another person without his consent. No one can be forced to take ownership of anything, including of their spouse's portion of or interest in real estate of which they are already joint owner, against their will.
