Statute 943.20(1)(e) is theft by intentionally failing to return personal property in your possession or under your control by virtue of a written lease or rental agreement after that lease/rental agreement has expired.

A Class G felony carries a fine of up to $25,000, or imprisonment of up to 10 years, or both.
