What are my rights if purchased vehicle and after having brakes repaired the following week by dealer, the brakes went completely out avout 2 months later?
The brake failure fortunately caused no injuries and body damage to my vehicle only. My insurance company has issued check for these damages ($3943) but I cannot get any information regarding repairs to body or brake repair on my car. I have only 2 weeks remaining on rental. I signed a non-litigation form? Not sure if that is proper name. Please advise me of any rights I may have or am I totally screwed?

I suggest that you consult with a consumer law attorney at this time since you are running out of time to get the nformation you need from the car dealership as to prior brake repairs. Another option is to consult with your local bureau of automotive repairs to get the brake repair information from the seller of your vehicle.
