my husband was arrested and put on a PO hold. his PO decided to hit him with violates, them being: access to a firearm, operating after suspended and possession of marijuana. The qustion is, will he most likely be revocated since there is lack of evidence that he was in access to the firearm, however, the firearm was discovered in the vehicle in whic he stated was in his possession? Or can his PO give him sanctions. Basically, which is more likely?

His parole officer isn't the one with these charges who gets to make the decisions. These are serious charges. Hate to tell you this, but in his car or car in his possession -- guess what? His firearm. Soooooo, most likely with a violation like that parole will be revoked. Is he on parole or probation? Parole is carrying out the rest of his sentence out of jail. Probation is after his sentence, he needs to behave for a certain amount of time.
