If a warrant has been issued for PTR and you get another charge after the warrant is issued, are you still in violation of probation?

So you are on probation and a warrant has been issued for PTR (petition to revoke your probation), and then you have another criminal charge on top of it, of course you are in violation of your probation. That is why you have the initial PTR.
