Paycheck Mailing
We are an employer considering mailing paychecks to employees’ homes through US Mail. Is there a requirement that they are postmarked by a certain date? Wed, Thurs, or even Friday (the payday). Right now checks are sent on Wed to be delivered via 2nd day to arrive at the workplace on Friday (the payday).
