We are an employer considering mailing paychecks to employees’ homes through US Mail. Is there a requirement that they are postmarked by a certain date? Wed, Thurs, or even Friday (the payday). Right now checks are sent on Wed to be delivered via 2nd day to arrive at the workplace on Friday (the payday).

Here is the best resource for you, I hope it helps you in your decision making. If all else fails, try www.attorneypages.com and consult with an employment labor law attorney. Check his or her record at the Florida State Bar.
