What are my rights to a decent pay raise?

I have been working for a company for almost 4 years but have never get a good pay raise. I have to mention that I am a hard worker, never been late, never called out. Also, I have found out that people with less experience than me and were with the company for less time than

me make more. Now my pay raise is this week. if I don’t get the pay that I deserve, can I quit and sue the company for not paying me enough?

Do you have an employment contract or union agreement that addresses pay raises, etc? If not, then I'm afraid that while seemingly unfair, your employer's actions are legal. Employees do not have an inherent right to a raise. The fact is that in at will employment a company can set the terms and conditions of employment much as it sees fit. Further, not all employees need be treated the same or even fairly, unless actionable discrimination is the reason. The only recourse you would have is if your wage does not meet the legal minimum wage in your state.
