Generally speaking, when parties get divorced they enter in to a settlement agreement which covers deductibles and co pays as they apply to their children and insurance.  If you have such an agreement then I would read it and see what it says.  Sometimes one party pays.  SOmetimes both parties pay either equally or on a pro rata share depending on their income.  If you do not have an agreement or it is silent to the issue then I would seek contribution from Family Court (if they still have jurisdiction) of at least 50%.  Good luck.
