If our windows are leaking in our 7 year old home because they were installed incorrectly, can we get the builder to pay for the fix?
Do we have any rights? Will it cost as much to take them to court than to fix the windows?

Assuming the home that you bought is only seven (7) years olf then under the laws of most states in this country you have time to bring an action for construction defects and breach of an implied warranty based upon what you have written against the developer and contractor who built the unit. I suggest that you consult with an attorney that does construction law for assistance in getting the leaks fixed.
